 dit Union (CCU\; $585 M\, Waukegan\, IL)\, where he provides financial c
 onsulting and analysis to the credit union&rsquo\;s 58\,000+ Members.&nb
 sp\; The coveted designation is awarded to fewer than 2% of the licensed
  wealth managers in the greater Chicagoland area\, based on a survey of 
 CF &amp\; IS customers conducted by Five Star Professional.\nFive Star P
 rofessional surveyed more than 30\,800 high-wealth households in the Chi
 cago area\, evaluating more than 2\,970 registered financial services pr
 ofessionals with five or more years experience in the industry.&nbsp\; P
 articipants in the survey were asked to evaluate only those wealth manag
 ers they knew through personal experience.&nbsp\; The evaluation process
  and the results were driven by research conducted with clients\, peers 
 and industry experts\, with both positive and negative evaluations inclu
 ded in the scoring.\n&ldquo\;I am truly honored to be selected as a Five
  Star Wealth Manager&rdquo\; again this year\, said Gibbons\, who receiv
 ed the award for the second consecutive year.&nbsp\; &ldquo\;It&rsquo\;s
