Glacier Ice Arena present "Run for the Dogs" 5k Charity run

Come support the Ice Dogs charities by running the "Run for the Dogs" 5k Charity run on September 1st, 2014.  The course is a certified 5k trail run through the beautiful parks of Vernon Hills.  DJ Akib will be spinning the music, Before and After stretch tent with professional instructors provided by TruCore Pilates and Yoga, Awards Ceremony with medals for top 3 fastest runners in each age category and Fastest Man and Women receive free pair of shoes from Roadrunner Sports, Kildeer.  Finish line refreshments provided by Sunset Foods.  First 300 registered receive a running tech shirt.  
The perfect way to start your holiday celebration.
