Obituary: Bernard John Rutkowski
Services have been scheduled for Bernard John Rutkowski of Vernon Hills.
Bernard John Rutkowski, 66, of Vernon Hills died Nov. 4, 2012 at Lovell VAMC, North Chicago, IL. Bernard was born Feb. 10, 1946 in Chicago and had been a long time resident of Vernon Hills.
Bernard served with distinction with the US Marine Corps in Vietnam from 1964-1966.
He is survived by his daughter Doreen and his son Bernard.
Funeral services with full military honors following will be at 1 p.m. Thursday Nov. 8 in the chapel of Ascension Cemetery, Libertyville. Entombment will be at Ascension Mausoleum.
