Police Blotter: Loud Party, Retail Theft Charges

ALCOHOL

Mirian Y. Ahuejote, 18, of 701 Longfellow Lane, Mundelein, was charged with driving under the influence and improper lane usage Aug. 1 at Hawthorn Parkway and Butterfield Road. Her court date is Aug. 21 in Waukegan.

David J. Marc, 23, of 9747 Kedvale Ave., Skokie, was charged with driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cannabis, failure to signal and improper right turn Aug. 3 at Milwaukee Avenue and Route 45. His court date is Aug. 21 in Waukegan.

Jarrett R. Hill, 22, of 14 Auburn Court, Vernon Hills, was charged with driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol content above .08 and improper lane usage Aug. 3 at Butterfield and Townline roads. His court date was unavailable.

NOISE

Yegor Datsenko, 18, of 16 Echo Court, Vernon Hills, was charged with loud noise Aug. 1 after police responded to a loud party at his address. His court date is Sept. 12 in Mundelein.

THEFT

Peter J. Angell, 22, of 4117 Bitternut Lane, Gurnee, was charged with retail theft Aug. 1 at Kohl’s after police said he left the store without paying for $292 in clothing. His court date is Aug. 28 in Waukegan.

Latashsa W. Cunningham, 39, of 10225 Chaney, Beach Park, was charged with retail theft, criminal damage to property and possession of stolen property Aug. 2 at Carson’s after police said she left the store without paying for a $73.50 purse that she damaged while removing the security device. Her court date is Aug. 28 in Waukegan.

Ryane V. Smith, 19, of 1417 Catalpa St., Waukegan, was charged with retail theft Aug. 3 at Kohl’s after police said she left the store without paying for $50 in jewelry. Her court date is Sept. 12 in Mundelein.

Luis A. Flores-Navarro, 26, of 1731 Seymour, North Chicago, was charged with retail theft and obstructing Aug. 3 at Macy’s after police said he left the store without paying for $248.24 in clothing. His court date is Aug. 25 in Waukegan.
