Police Blotter: Six Charged at Underage Drinking Party

ALCOHOL

Elevterio Sandoval, 35, of 720 Glen Rock Ave., Waukegan, was charged with driving under the influence, aggravated driving under the influence, driving without insurance, driving on a suspended license, failure to reduce speed and obstructing, and arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court Aug. 14 at Route 45 and Deerpath Drive. His court date was unavailable.

Patrick W. Bolotin, 18, of 43 Montclair Road, Vernon Hills, was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor Aug. 16 at Augusta Park. His court date is Oct. 10 in Mundelein.

Andrew R. Fiszer, 31, of 686 W. Natalie Lane, Addison, was charged with driving under the influence, driving without insurance, speeding and driving without a license Aug. 18 at Woodbine Circle and Milwaukee Avenue. His court date is Sept. 18 in Waukegan.

Dmitriy Litvak, 30, of 1321 Cromwell Court, Vernon Hills, was charged with driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol content above the legal limit, driving without a license, following too closely and improper lane usage Aug. 18 at Route 45 and Buffalo Grove Road. His court date is Sept. 4 in Waukegan.

Eduardo R. Sanchez, 53, of 118 Brandywin Court, Vernon Hills, was charged with driving under the influence, improper lane usage, no seat belt and driver’s license not on person Aug. 18 at Brandywine Court and Princeton Court. His court date is Sept. 4 in Waukegan.

Police charged six people with consumption of alcohol by a minor Aug. 18 at what they said was an underage drinking party at 1068 Conachie Court. Charged were Jordan C. Krussell, 19, of 867 Cambridge Place, Wheeling; Israel Trujano, 19, of 880 Cherry Valley, Vernon Hills; Brian D. Overall, 20, of 16008 Sawyer Road, Markham; and three juveniles boys, ages 15, 16 and 17. Their court dates were not available.

THEFT

Amar A. Hamili, 18, of 2120 Saint Johns Place, Highland Park, was charged with retail theft Aug. 12 at Specner Gifts after police said he left the store without paying for $24.99 in merchandise. His court date is Sept. 4 in Mundelein.

Two 15-year-old girls were charged with retail theft Aug. 16 at Walmart after police said they left the store without paying for $74.66 in cosmetic and grocery items. Their court dates are Sept. 12 in Mundelein.

Jessica A. Varsek, 21, of 711 Sutton Court, Lake Villa, was charged with retail theft Aug. 17 at JC Penney after police said she left the store without paying for $81 in clothing. Her court date is Sept. 12 in Mundelein.

DRUGS

Jacob M. Ansari, 29, of 3133 N. 78 Court, Elmwood Park, was charged with possession of cannabis and improper use of turn signal Aug. 13 at Milwaukee Avenue and Olde Half Day Lane. His court date is Sept. 12 in Mundelein.

A 17-year-old boy was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia Aug. 16 at Augusta Park after police said they found him in possession of a grinder used to grind cannabis. His court date is Oct. 10 in Mundelein.
