Hawthorn Middle School North to Present 'High School Musical Jr.'

The show will run May 17-18.


Students at Hawthorn Middle School North have been working hard to prepare for their spring musical, Disney’s High School Musical Junior.

This fast-paced production includes snappy dialogue, contemporary costuming and terrific songs. Students will stage several performances for classmates and younger students, with the final shows planned for 7 p.m. on May 17 and 18 at the school.

Leading actors include Adam Hamer (Troy); Jenna Kelly (Gabriella); Karl Kirkpatrick (Ryan); Jessica Salerno (Sharpay); Patrick Dunleavy (Coach Bolton); and Christina Walter (Ms. Darbus).

The large cast also features familiar student groups – Jocks, Thespians, Brainiacs, Rebels, Cheerleaders, Band Geeks, Fans and Dancers.
