Vernon Hills Schools Close March 5 in Anticipation of Snow
Classes have been canceled for Tuesday in school districts serving the Vernon Hills area.
Vernon Hills area schools have canceled Tuesday’s classes in anticipation of heavy snow.
As of Monday night, before any snow had fallen, school had been canceled in District 73, District 128 and at Stevenson High School, according to their websites.
Lake and Cook counties are under a winter storm warning, with 7-10 inches of snow possible.
