AMERICA'S NUMBER 1 HEALTH PROBLEM

Nearly 2/3 of American adults are either overweight or obese.  Childhood obesity is triple what it was a generation ago.  The obesity crisis has placed a crushing burden on the nations healthcare system and has even convinced some in the medical community that the current generation of American children may be the first to have a shorter life expectancy than their parents.  12 million Americans are considered severely obese (defined as more than 100 pounds overweight).  What can we do about this problem?

It is well known that the consumption of fruits and vegetables high in antioxidants lowers your risk of disease and increases health.  "Antioxidants are known to slow down the rate at which cells divide".  "The faster your cells divide due to diet, stress, or polution, the faster you will age".  By eating poorly and not consuming enough antioxidants is a major contributor to poor health, lack of energy, weakened brain function and accelerated aging.  If you want to look younger, you must start by healing your body from the inside.  Add more fruits and vegetables to your diet on a daily basis.
