For healthy living and reducing your risk of chronic disease you should add more fruits and vegetables into your diet.  Fruits and vegetables have 1000's of nutrients in them that is so beneficial for our health.  Stuggling to eat right is a challenge today.  Fat, salt & sugar is added to every bag in the grocery store.  Vitamins alone cannot replicate nutrients that you get in fresh fruits and vegetables.

80 million people have some sort of heart disease.  40% of the time the first sign of heart disease can be fatal.  1 in 3 women and 1 in 2 men will get cancer.  5% is genetic and 95% of cancer is diet and lifestyle. Type 2 diabetes is diet & lifestyle.  64% of adults are overweight. 70% of all 12 year olds have the beginning stages of hardening of the arteries.  Our children are eating too much processed foods and fast foods.  1 in 3 will develop diabetes.  We aren't drinking enough water and drinking too much soda.  Lack of exercise is prevelent in young children.  We are making poor food choices and need to read labels.  90% of diseases are preventable and is easier to prevent than to cure.  Make a good decision for the New Year.  For more info go to www.donnacodelljuiceplus.com
