leona is my daughter's middle name. mine is jo. she is the reason i started my blog named themullies.com; to see if a diet change would help her "ants in da pants" and sensory processing issues. i am the mundelein food revolution ambassador jamie oliver's food revolution, a pitching coach, blogger and stay at home mom. i also have two wonderful sons and a cutie pie husband. i am a pinterest nutjob & i bleed northwestern purple. to the mullies i say. the mullies is any place you want it to be. it is a place my sister and i would shout to while swinging and jumping on our swingset, our hands in the air, our faces to the sky - to the mullies we go! hello from me, lovely to meet you.  so happy to be on patch!
